Air Force Common Admission Test 2015 AFCAT 2015 Online Application form www.careerairforce.nic.in - Commissioned Officer (SSC Officer) : Applications are invited from Male and Female from Indian Citizens as per Citizenship Act 1955 for the following courses commencing in July 2016 for grant of Short Service Commission in Flying Branch and Permanent/ Short Service Commission in Technical and Ground Duty Branches. Qualification :
1. Flying Branch : Graduates (Minimum three year degree course) in any discipline from a recognised University who have attained minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together and have passed Maths and Physics at 10+2 level OR BE / B Tech degree (Four year course) from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together.
2. Technical Branch : Four year degree qualification or cleared Sections A and B examination
of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or
Aeronautical Society of India with 60% marks.
3.Ground Duty branches : Graduation with 60% marks/ Graduation Degree in Commerce/ Post
Graduation Degree/ Diploma in any discipline/ C.A/ ICWA with 50% marks.
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2016) :
1. For flying branch : 20 years to 24 years.
2. For Technical Branch : 20 years to 26 years.
3. For Ground Duty branches : 20 years to 26 years.
Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
